good intentions Many of us have good intentions to get some regular exercise. However, often they stay just as good intentions. What we are offering is an opportunity to meet up with other people wanting the discipline of taking regular (gentle) exercise. Perhaps knowing that it is happening at a definite time will help you put your good intention into practice.
What we are organising is a chance for a walk, once a week with others who want to get a bit of gentle exercise and meet up with others. Friendly dogs will be welcome!
weekly walk Walks will normally be aimed at being about three miles in length, taking about one hour, in nice surroundings. If you have particular health problems please consult your GP about whether or not you are fit enough for this activity.
