Some of the input will be food! Using a planned 'bring and share' approach we will be able to join together in a (healthy) feast at each meeting. We will decide at the previous meeting who will share responsibility for bring starters, main courses and desserts. It will be a great opportunity to taste other people's specialities, swap recipes and enjoy the company of others around a shared meal.
We will publish our recipes on the website so that others can benefit from our wisdom!

You don't need to be a great cook - it is about sharing and learning not competing. You don't need to know much about healthy eating - total beginners are very welcome. Children and young people will be very welcome.
Sharing a meal is about more than food. Do come and join for a friendly, sociable time.
